Amazo is a cybernetic android created by the deranged scientist Professor Ivo, and constantly improved by the same, Amazo is - in so far as he/it is capable of such things - truly evil. Capable of mimicking the abilities of those heroes he/it faces, the Amazo android is incredibly hard to defeat. Until recently, he/it was best known as a foe of the Justice League, but an encounter with the new android Hourman, in which he stole some of his enemy's power over time, has set the two of them at odds ever since.Amazo is repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt and has appeared in several upgraded versions. Recently he has been rumored to have a son called Kid Amazo .
