Bandolier Militiaman was the leader of an Islamic group of terrorists who carried out the attacks on the US embassy and the CIA annex in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012. He wore a military bandolier across his chest, and since his identity was never revealed he was referred to as Bandolier Militiaman.
