Bill Cox is infamous for crashing Landrock Pacific Bank's network throughout the entire building. He also stole $100 million from the accounts but never got his hands on it. The money was transfered back into the original accounts hours after it was stolen. He was also directly responsible for the death of Harry Romano, one of the bank's employees. He also killed two of his four associates in cold blood. He later on met his untimely death at the hands of Jack Stanfield, the innocent man he forced to help him rob the bank and then leave as a scapegoat. Cox was found with a pickax in his back the morning after the robbery. Jack Stanfield has been cleared of all charges as the evidence shows Cox's death was self defense.
