Irresponsible. Billy Hicks is a typical, wild man with no direction. While talented, he is an underachiever, and allows his bad habits to put himself in unnecessary trouble. He drinks heavily, and is a womanizer... cheating on his wife with many others. He bumbles around from job to job, eventually left by his wife and young child, and ends up working at a gas station.
