Bogdan Wolynetz is the Romanian proprietor of a local car wash in Albuquerque where Walt works part-time to make ends meet. Walt and Skyler give him the nickname Eyebrows. Born in Romania, Bogdan runs the car wash business on a string, which means that although Walter was only hired to be a cashier, he often finds himself cleaning cars as well.
