The following information is also revealed, partially through dialogue and partially through a close-up shot of Brill's NSA profile: graduated from Drexel University (Military Science), enlisted in the Army in 1953, excelled at intelligence and communications/monitoring, as well as cartography/subversion tech, familiar with explosives, familiar with eastern-persian dialects and Israeli customs, joined NSA in 1965, disappeared in 1980, last assignment for NSA was in Iran in 1978. In a subsequent scene, we learn that looked after Rachel Banks as a promise to his former partner. Elsewhere in the film, we learn that he is Hypoglycemic.
