Captain Sunshine is a superhero (parody of Batman, played by Kevin Conroy) who with his companion Wonder Boy (parody of Robin, Boy Wonder) attempt to prevent villainous characters from committing their diabolical schemes. It's implied that Captain Sunshine is a pervert as he often has an infatuation with young boys and has his butler (parody of Alfred Pennyworth) give Wonder Boy lubricants for sleeping, more similar event concur.
