Is the housekeeper for Martin. She is totally obsessed and in love with Martin. She knows deep down that Martin does not love her. She stays as Martin's house keeper to make herself feel wanted by him in hopes that he might actually love her and want her. When Martin doesn't return her aggressive advances she starts to seduce Martin's friend Andy. Andy gives in and they continue a love affair behind Martin's back. Eventually Martin finds out and cuts ties with Celia permanently.
