Chloe (Whitney Able) is the pretty, popular girl. She is friends with Marlin (Melissa Price) but is seen to bully her. While at the ranch, Chloe becomes drunk and tries to seduce Garth (Anson Mount) but he takes no notice of her. Chloe reveals she is highly self-concious and jealous of the attention Mandy Lane (Amber Heard) recieves from everyone. While the party continues Chloe says she has seen a threatening figure outside the house, but no one believes her as she is under the influence of cocain. The next morning she is woken up by the others and is told there is a killer and that many of the friends have fallen victim to him. As the few remaining surviours attempt to leave, Garth is shot. Mandy stays to look after the injured Garth while Red (Aaron Himelstein) and Chloe sneak out the back to get to the car, that has been parked far down the road. While heading to the car, Red and Chloe kiss showing a relationship has formed between the pair. However Red is shot and dies. Chloe sees that the killer is her fellow class mate who is bullied, Emmet (Michael Welch). Chloe attempts to run away through a field to get back to the ranch. While she does so, she discovers more of her dead friends bodys. She is horrified to see Emmet is driving towards her in her car, intending to run her over. Chloe manages to make it back to the ranch, but Emmet is still chasing her in the car. She runs to Mandy thinking she will help, however Mandy stabs Chloe in the stomach, showing Mandy is working with Emmet to kill the people who have bullied him. Chloe falls to the ground and slowly dies.
