Cosmo Kramer, more commonly known as just Kramer, has no job, no food, but always seems to get by. His source of food is from his neighbor Jerry, and he never carries his own money with him. He is notorious for harebrained schemes and ideas. When he dies he wants Man's Best Friend on his gravestone, but he already is man's best friend. He agrees that the Chitaugwa movement is the best movement around.Kramer holds a number of bizarre beliefs, such as his belief that you should eat before surgery and that it is not wise to brush your teeth before going to the dentist.
