Councilman Jeremy Jamm, introduced in Season 5, is a Pawnee, Indiana, orthodontist and a fierce rival of Leslie's. He is always about getting something out that benefits him or his business and is very lacking in ethics. He regularly uses his own personal catch phrase, You just got Jammed, when expressing joy at having gotten the best of a rival.
