Hello, Boils and Ghouls. Cackling wildly, the Crypt Keeper, a corpse, would introduce each Tales from the Crypt episode with intentionally-hackneyed puns. Originally the host, in print, of the EC comics series of the 1950's the Crypt Keeper character was updated for the 90's in the form of a rotting animatronic corpse puppet to greet and bid adieu in wrap around segments to each episode and was voiced by actor John Kassir.
