Judy Hicks is the Deputy of the Woodsboro police- much like Dewey was in the original Scream. She went to school with Sidney but unlike a lot of her fellow classmates- she was not targeted by Ghostface, Untill now. Judy seems to have a school girl crush on Dewey which creates alot of friction between her and Gale. Which is Ironic as Judy is the one that saves Gale from Ghostface in the finally of Scream 4.
