Dexter is the father of Justine and Claire. He is divorced from their mother Gaby and seems to be a bon vivant , a kind of a womanizer and a humorous man. In fact, he fails to realize the illness of his daughter Justine and cannot fulfill his role as father, as he is no real contact for her.
