Dieter Braun is one of the six chancellors of the Vampire Authority, the body that metes out punishment for all vampires. Dieter is cool and methodical, and embraces torture as a way to get information. He believes organized religion is absurd and claims he was present for the writing of the Book of Vampyr and the author was a madman who was high at the time.
