Doc is the name of the bartender at McGinty's, the setting for the fight between the Russian mafia and the McManus brothers (and friends). Doc is an old, eccentric bartender with apparent Tourette's syndrome, interjecting explitives during his speech. He is teased by the McManus brothers and Rocco for his mix-and-match proverbs. He also makes a quick appearance in the Catholic hospital when he comes to check on the McManus brothers. While in the hospital, his uncontrollable swearing appears to offend the nuns who are also present.
