Dr. Harris is a physician in Pawnee, Indiana, who is generally the one who shows up when anyone there needs medical attention. He examined all the men at City Hall when there was believed to have been a mumps outbreak, and is one of the doctors Ann works with regularly. He is not very friendly with Ann, however, and is generally pretty dry in his conversations with anyone.
