Givens is the Producer/Manager at WGON-TV and a fussy, loud little man with more interest in ratings over the safety of his crews and audience. This is displayed when he orders the list of invalid rescue stations being broadcast to keep being listed on the air, despite the fact that his crew are walking off the job to escape the zombie siege in Philadelphia!
