Doug and Carrie crash a block party that they're not invited to in which they run into Glenn (Tim Bagley) and he convinces them to adopt a dog which they do so reluctantly in order to appear nice and as a result they end up disliking the dog and get rid of him claiming the dog ran away only to find that the dog has found its way back to Glenn via a chip inserted into the dog subcutaneously and is reunited with the Heffernans-much to their dismay. The awkwardness ensues and you need to watch the episode to enjoy the rest of the synopsis....
