Gloria Trillo was an attractive Mercedes Benz sales person, who met Tony Soprano in the waiting room at Dr. Melfi's office. During the course of an affair with Tony, she became obsessively attracted to him, and when he terminated the relationship, she threatened to tell Carmela and/or commit suicide. Obviously, Gloria was not aware of her lover's sociopathic personality.
