Gustavo Calderon (Fred Armisen) is the President or Dictator of San Marcos in Central America. His regime is threatened by a rebellion, and he becomes acquainted with ISIS when they derail a cocaine-for-arms plan by convincing some of Calderon's men to give them the weapons they are trading. In addition to being a despot, Calderon is also an avid music lover, buying a million copies of Cherlene's album to drive it to Platinum.
