Gustavo Rocque (Stephen Kramer Glickman)Gustavo Rocque (Stephen Kramer Glickman) is the world renowned record producer who discovered Kendall, James, Carlos and Logan in Minnesota and formed the group Big Time Rush. Originally, he only wanted to bring Kendall back to Los Angeles but Kendall convinced Gustavo to include all his friends. From the beginning, he has clashed with Kendall who can be very opinionated. Gustavo works at Roque Records and has an assistant named Kelly. Although he's had over 29 platinum albums, Gustavo hasn't had a hit in over nine years and is convinced that the band is his ticket back to fame. He gets angry easily and has a hard time telling the boys how much they mean to him and how proud he is of them. He often refers to the boys as his dogs, but it is mostly a term of affection. In the end, despite his gruff exterior, Gustavo only wants what is best for Big Time Rush.
