Hans is a midget, who works in the circus freak show. Hans is engaged to Freida, who is also a midget, they love eachother very much. Hans, unfortunately, loves Freida a little less than she loves him. Frieda is comfortable with who they are, but Hans wants to be like everyone else. This way of thinking turns Hans on to the most beautiful big person (he's) ever seen , Cleopatra. Hans and Cleopatra get married, and although at First Hans loves her, he finds out that she's just playing him to get his inheritance.
