ICU Nurse Frank is brought to the ER when he injures himself on the job in Under Control (#6.16). All the nurses in the ER find him attractive, particularly Dr. Jing-Mei Chen. Nurse Frank and Dr. Chen flirt off and on throughout the episode while Dr. Chen is treating him. Suspicions rise when Dr. Chen shows up pregnant in the season seven pilot Homecoming., and are confirmed when Chen visits Nurse Frank in the cafeteria during The Visit (#7.6), very pregnant to ask him to sign over his rights as a father so that she can give the baby up for adoption.
