Jack Dudman was Dean of Students and a math professor for many years at Reed College. He was a kind and intelligent man who cared about people. He was also an excellent teacher. It was good to see him acknowledged, even if briefly, in Jobs. (I was on staff at Reed College during the time Steve Jobs was there, as pianist for the Dance Dept.)
