Josh Trager is Lori and Kyle Trager's brother. He has an easy charm, but seems to always be getting into trouble. In the second season his smug look was wiped away when he met a girl named Andy. Andy turned out to have cancer, and Josh is trying his best to help her through it. Due to his caring for Andy, he has also tried to change his bad boy ways and has actually began caring about his education more by studying and also saying that he would be the one to cure Andy of her cancer, or at least find a way.
