Kate is a lawyer working for the bank and at the beginning of the movie made clear that she has been assigned to work for the antagonist, White. But once you hear them talking she makes it clear that she would rather be at Average Joe's then anywhere near White. She is strong and sassy woman, who knows what she likes and what she doesn't like. And she proves that she isn't afraid to tell it like it is when in the same scene with White where she said she preferred Average Joe's; White said We should mate? Upon her quick respond of What? He changed it to Date to cover. In response Kate seems get nauseated as she leans her head forward, prompting White to ask if she was okay to which she honestly replied I'm fine. I just... uh... threw up in my mouth a little bit. Through that whole seem she clearly grows more and more uncomfortable with Whites unwanted advances. Near the end of the Movie Kate comes to the finals of the dodgeball tournament where she is seen kissing another woman, disappointing Peter. However once she has joined the team and they are victorious she kiss Peter two who comments about thinking that she liked women, to which she replies that she is bi sexual.
