Kylie Sinclair is a determined young woman who is a Washington, DC, lobbyist. She works exclusively for her family's business, which happens to be arms manufacturing for the Pentagon. She is very concerned with one of her company's latest projects which is a system for nuclear submarines. Initially she was extremely annoyed that the U.S. Navy appeared to have destroyed the submarine with her device onboard, but almost in spite of herself, she finds that she is equally if not more concerned about the fate of the crew. Kylie is not above using her formidable sexual appeal to achieve her objectives.
