Leo Kamali is a CIA undercover asset who is placed in the Al Zuhari terror organization with the assignment of getting close to the leaders and finding out what they are planning. He becomes an important and ranking member of the Al-Zuhari terror organization who has the ear of the leader. He works with global criminal organizations that include Colombian drug cartels, Russian Mafia and other terrorist organizations.While undercover, Kamali was captured by Section 20 and was forced to work for them instead of the CIA. Maj. Dalton and others dont believe he really supports the CIA or Section 20. While working for Section 20, Kamali walked the line of duplicity. He was able to keep them at bay while he continued to work inside the ALZ network. As events pile up, people on both sides are questioning which side he is really on.
