Lilly Truscott is a down to earth California teen whose best friend is Miley Stewart, a teen from Tennessee. Lilly loves to skateboard, shop, and cheerlead. Her other best friends are Oliver Oken, who she calls Smokin' Oken. Her alter ego when she goes out with Miley as Hannah Montana is Lola Luftnagle, who constantly changes the hair color of her wig. Lilly is the complete opposite of her best friend Miley. Miley is a really girly girl and Lilly is a Skater Girl.As for her other best friend Oliver Oken her and Oliver and known each other since prek and she only held his hand because he had the 64 pack of crayons WITH the built in sharpener....but ther may be some chemistry between the two.
