Lily is Jason's fiance. She thinks of Rob as a brother and takes his leaving for Japan very seriously. She is the one that plans Rob's party that takes place on the night of the monster's attack. She is also friends with both Beth and Marlena. After Jason is killed on the Brooklyn Bridge, she decides to accompany Rob as he makes his way to Beth's apartment. She is later evacuated by the military in a helicopter and is assumed to have survived.
