A human-looking teenage android created by Douglas Davenport to help take back the bionic teenagers from younger brother Donald. Personable and disarming but ultimately evil. Played guitar with Chase as classmates. Became Leo's nemesis. Neared the end of his life expectancy when he was initially destroyed. Resurrected years later by Giselle Vickers to help her destroy and replace the bionic teens with androids. Acquired the ability from her to re-assemble himself if ever reduced to a pile of parts. Finally ended up as a puddle of molten metal.
