Marita is a relatively minor character in the X-Files. She first appears in 'Herrenvolk' as an informant to Mulder and helps him in several episodes afterwards. She is eventually shown to be working with the Consortium. During season 5 it is revealed that she and Krycek are romantically involved, although she betrays him. She is the first human to show a proven response to the Black Oil vaccine.
