Melvin is the Hidden Secondary Antagonist of Captain Underpants. He's a a School Nerd that's a Rival to George and Harold who has no Sense of Humour and finds nothing funny, of which later resulted in him teaming up with Professor Poopypants to help him with his Evil Plan.
