Michael is Sandy's cousin who moved from Australia. He is a senior at Rydell High and falls in love with Stephanie who is a Pink Lady. But what he doesn't know is that he can only be with her if he is a T-bird. He saves money by writing papers for other students and buys a motorcycle. He learns to ride and he becomes the mysterious rider who earns Stephanie's heart. Although he wants to tell her who he really is, he worries that if he does that she won't love him.
