A blonde, curly-haired woman is the first contestant to model a blue swimsuit in the Teen Beauty Pageant (held at the school). We know this character as 'Miss Congeniality' due to the dark blue sash (with white writing) across her body, labelling her as the competition's Miss Congeniality. Each of the Teen Beauty Pageant contestants wears a similar sash. When she walks down the catwalk, the young lady raises one arm and gives a seemingly confident wave.The pageant is also entered by the character Buffy, and is the setting for Greg Phillippe's (Buffy's boyfriend's) murder. When performing her talent for the competition, Buffy witnesses his murder and runs off stage to help him. However, Miss Congeniality stops her and happily announces that Buffy has won the pageant. At first, Buffy doesn't register this and tries to tell Miss Congeniality about Greg, but Miss Congeniality ignores her and continues to tell Buffy about her win. Once Buffy absorbs this information and expresses excitement, Miss Congeniality jumps up and down, grinning and congratulating her (thus displaying a friendly, un-selfish personality by being happy for a fellow student, rather than showing sorrow at her own loss). Unfortunately for her, Buffy only cares about getting back on stage, and she pushes Miss Congeniality to the ground (whilst calling her a loser).This is the last we see of this character.
