Miss Giddy is the matron and midwife of Immortan Joe's harem. She tries to hold off Immortan Joe with a shotgun when he discovers they have escaped, but he subdues her and drags her along.She later administers care to Splendid to try to induce the birth of her child. She fails and the Organic Mechanic has to perform a Caesarean section to cut the baby out of her.
