Sebastien Foucan is a Freerunner from France. he took the art of Parkour - the target of which is to pass through obstacles in the most effective and quick way possible, and turned it into Free Running - adding creative and visually more impressive elements (acrobatics etc.). you can have a look at Parkour and FreeRunning on youtube (type those two in the search terms). also there is a movie about his art called Jump London (was aired on discovery channel).
