Molly is the wife of Jonas Blaine, the leader of The Unit. She would like for him to retire and his refusal to do so makes for some significant tension between them. In many ways, as Jonas is the leader of The Unit, Molly is a matriarch of sorts for the wives who live on the base. She serves as an adviser and confidant, and often tries to help the women -- and even Jonas' best friend Ron Cheals -- through some personal struggles. Still, Molly runs into some trouble of her own that threatens the foundation of her relationship with Jonas.
