Mr. Mosby is the Tipton hotel manager. He tends to get a little angry because of what Zack (Dylan Sprouse) and Cody (Cole Sprouse) do, but in some episodes he is very sensitive. Everyone is also cracking short jokes about him because he is kind of short. Mr. Mosby is also in the new show Suite Life on Deck and he is also the manager because its a Tipton cruise ship. Mr. Mosby is played by Phill Lewis.
