The Nazgul (also known as the Ringwraiths) are characters from J.R.R. Tolkien's legendarium and its adaptations. They are nine undead beings (previously Men), bound in service of the Dark Lord Sauron, who enslaved them using the Rings of Power. The Nazgul are best known for leading the search for , as well as partaking in the following War of the Ring. Their leader (and one of the Nine) is called The Witch King.
