Nora Reagan is the bitter and vindictive ex-wife of the movie actor Gerry Reagan, whom she believes is faking a nervous breakdown, in The Twilight Zone episode, A World of Difference (1959). Gerry's agent aptly describes her as a harpy, though she seems to feel a twinge of sympathy for her ex-husband when she comes to understand that something is seriously wrong. He suddenly claims he's Arthur Curtis, the character in a movie he's making, and there's no question he means it.
