For the most part Patsy is not expressive with her emotions however she has no problem with showing her hatred of Saffy ; her friend Eddy's daughter. Occasionally she shows a more vulnerable side such as in flashbacks to her bleak upbringing by her Mother and the overeager admiration she shows her awful Sister Jackie. Also on rare occasions when her friendship with Eddy is in jeopardy and fears the loss of her friend who she shares a codependent parasitic existence.She drinks like a fish, smokes like a chimney and is a nymphomaniac.
