Pete Dunham is the extremely intelligent and tough leader of the GSE (Green Street Elite) football firm. Pete acts as Matt's (Elijah Wood) host while he is in England. The GSE are the firm who follow the London Football Club West Hamm United. Pete is a phenomenal fighter and teaches Matt to stand up for himself and fight back. Pete is also a big drinker, however, he teaches History and P.E. to elementary school students in London. Unfortunately Pete is beaten to death at the end of the movie, during a fight between rival firms, which involve in its very beginning former GSE, Pete's brother Steve, and the accidental death of the young son of a rival leader. However, the lessons he teaches Matt throughout all thr time they spent, help him to defend a drug setup that got him kicked out of Harvard.
