Peter is a troubled young quiet man who helps his brother hold wealthy people hostage in their own homes. He has a creepy charming and slimy way about him. At first meeting him he seems harmless, and polite, but afterwards becomes annoying and suspicious. He shows almost no emotion. He never shows that he's angry at someone but instead laughs or crys hysterically. During a hostage of family back in 2007 his brother Paul lets out that he knew their mother molested him while growing up. Him and his brother have still not been caught much less known by the police. Him and his brother's whereabouts are currently unknown.
