The phantom virus is an evil computer generated monster. He was made inside the Scooby Doo video game. He was made to scare away the maker of the Scooby Doo video game, so the other person would win. The virus and mystery inc. got zapped into the game. He followed them through all ten levels. Then they hit him with super magnets and he was destroied.
