Rachel Singer is a Mossad agent who was assigned to kidnapp a former Nazi officer called Vogel in 1967. The mission failed but she and her two companions lied to the world, including her daughter with another agent. In 1997, when her daughter's book about her is published, she finds her lie cannot starve, so she decides to go to Ukraine and kill Vogel who is still alive, and finally, reveals the truth to the world.
