Ralph Furley is the new apartment building superintendent (a position previously held by Stanley Roper) on Three's Company . Ralph considers himself the ultimate chick magnet / bachelor. He wears tacky clothing (including various neck ascotts) and thinks he is irresistable to women. Mr. Furley is constantly throwing gay jokes at Jack Tripper (John Ritter). Only Furley doesn't know that Jack pretends to be gay in order to maintain his roommate standing with Janet Wood (Joyce DeWitt) and Chrissy Snow (Suzanne Somers).
