Rudy is an immensely powerful telekinetic mutant part of the team that helps to rescue David from Division 3. Not much is known about his past or how he came into contact with Melanie Bird however he shows great loyalty towards her much like the others and seems to be a figurehead for the team in Melanie's absence as he is seen ordering the team on the battlefield during which he dispatches enemies by hurling them a great distance away with a flick of his hand or dashing large debris at them
