Steve Rofgers is an older hipper musician in the Wiener's town's high school. He is smooth, fairly intelligent and a good guitar player. Women are attracted to him. But like so many of his ilk, he is a cynical, amoral taker who just uses not just women, but everyone, for his own needs then discards them. While not a bully, he is not very pleasant and treated Dawn like dirt. He stole money from the Wieners, and then charged Dawn's parents $200 to play at the parent's party. He stood up Dawn's brother Mark by cutting out on Mark's band because he couldn't handle criticism. Then he drops out and goes to NYC to make it as a musician, which doesn't seem to promising.He's smarter and more adept than Brandon, Dawn's other boyfriend . But as bad as Brandon is too, he at least has some integrity
